last couple nights
picked up your sleepless plight
if you were here in my bedroom
we would find something to do
roll over close kiss me a few
asleep before dark
I rise before light
drink my faux coffee sweet
blue flame starts each day right
3 favorite pictures visited often
longing for in person eye contact
over due time with beauty fountain
knowing you’re reading
spurs on this madman
legendary love affair
or epic rejection.
